FAQs

Where do you ship from? 
All orders ship from Miami, FL. We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Holidays excluded. 

What time does my order have to submitted by in order to ship out same day?  
We process and fulfill orders Monday through Sunday, 10am to 2pm. Orders need to be received my 2 PM Eastern time in order to ship out same day. All orders received after 2 PM Eastern time will ship out next day. If you email us with a request to ship out same day after 2 PM we will try to ship it out right away.

Once I place my order, what's the next step?
You should receive an order confirmation email in your inbox. We will contact you immediately if we have a question about your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. And then, just wait for your items to arrive in the mail! Depending on shipping destination, shipping takes from 1 to 3 business days (domestic locations).

What if I ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange an item?
No problem. We accept returns and exchanges clothing that is unused and unaltered within 14 days of items received. All returns are for online credit only. No returns on final sale items, flash sale, clearance items, or any items purchased with a discount code. Final sale items include accessories, swimsuits, intimates, and sale items. Please email us if you have any questions or concern about your order once received.

How can I check my order status?
You can refer to the shipping confirmation email for the tracking number or just shoot us an email at OfficialCalmet@gmail.com with your name and order number. 

Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, we ship out all over the world, please email us if you have any additional questions!
