Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order. Please fill out the Returns Form on the back of your receipt/packaging slip and mail back your order with a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages).  While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit.

Merchandise must be new, unworn, and unaltered with tags attached. Must be returned in the same conditions as sent: No Stains, Holes, or Broken Zippers will be accepted. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return. We cannot be responsible for washed items because they have been altered from the original state. You can contact us if you have an issue and we will be happy to help. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). If customer has returned merchandise more than 20 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange. 

Online Credit: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit within 2-3 business days. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at Final sale items include: items purchased on sale, clearance, or with a discount code, as well swimsuits, jewelry and bralettes for sanitary reasons.


****All sale items are final sale: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price, or clearance**** These items cannot be returned for online credit.

- All shoes, accessories (bags, jewelry, intimates, bralettes) sale items, and bikinis are Final Sale. Please email us if you have any questions about your order and we will be more than happy to help you out!



We have an Exchange Only policy for swimsuits that have the original sanitary stickers in place and original hang tags and packaging. You can only exchange for a different size in the swimsuit that was originally ordered. Please make sure to email to pre-approve the return - we will gladly send you return instructions. No refunds.
